Abstract
The article analyzes UX design approaches aimed at promoting digital inclusion as a key factor in creating an accessible digital environment for all users, regardless of their physical or cognitive characteristics. The purpose of the article is to systematize key UX design approaches that help ensure digital inclusion as a prerequisite for equal access for everyone. The study employed general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, systematization, and the structural-functional approach. The research findings show that inclusive UX design is based on the principles of universality, intuitive clarity, and equal access, which allow designers to accommodate a wide range of physical, cognitive, and sensory characteristics among users. The study emphasizes the use of practical UX patterns such as keyboard navigation, high contrast, adaptive animation, and captioning, which not only comply with international standards like WCAG 2.2 but also help create an effective digital environment that requires no further adaptation for specific user groups. It is demonstrated that inclusive UX design goes beyond meeting the needs of people with disabilities and is focused on eliminating systemic barriers in digital interaction overall. This approach reduces cognitive load, simplifies navigation, improves interaction efficiency, and fosters the inclusivity of digital services in the broadest sense. The research also highlights that implementing digital accessibility has a direct positive impact on business: it enhances financial performance, improves team collaboration, lowers support costs, and increases user loyalty. Using case studies of leading companies such as Salesforce, the article illustrates how integrating accessibility into design processes contributes to audience growth, the development of a responsible corporate image, and competitive advantages in the market. The practical value of the study lies in the potential to apply the generalized UX design approaches to create accessible digital solutions across various sectors.
